Correction to dynamic levels of resistance 13,25 EMA, which ends with pin bar. Signal for possible new negative movement

The current bar did not cross above the top of the pin bar, which give good place for sell, despite there isn`t drill of the price below the base of the pin bar

Indicators - negative, CCI/50/ below 0, 3 lower tops

Sentiment: The Sentiment on stock markets Remains cautious due to continued bad data from China and the uncertainty of whether the Fed will raise rates in the middle of September.
