The hedge fund manager is extremely bullish on the US markets, noting that they will outperform other markets in the world.
"I think the rally will continue fully by the end of the year, and the performance of the US economy will continue to live up to expectations." Tudor Jones told CNBC. "The S & P500 will outperform its competitors, especially the EM markets."
Paul Tudor Jones also said that he thought interest rates would no longer fall, but rather that they would start to rise and the US dollar to remain stable.
"Last year, we got into a situation where we had a very big euphoria: huge long positions in US and global equities. We cached those positions and then spent trillions of dollars in corporate buybacks." Jones adds.
Equity markets have gained a lot of support, especially since the Fed has signaled that they are in a patient position and will not yet raise interest rates. Equities are also rising, with investors hoping that the US and China will be able to make a deal.
