Asian markets are about to start trading with a boost after US markets reached a 4-week high. Investors weighed the rumors that tightening monetary policy will not be too heavy to end the bullish stock market.
Asian futures indicate a very strong start for Japan and Australia after the SP500 managed to recover most of the losses accumulated in early February. Despite the initial growth during the US session, 10-year US bonds declined for the third consecutive day. The tightening speed of monetary policy in the United States remains a heated debate on Wall Street, and traders predict that Powell will not seek to shock the financial markets with too bright comments in its first week of management.
