Theresa May said she wants to invoke Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty by the official mechanism that allows a country to leave the EU. She says this should be done by the end of March.
At present, the Government of May does not have a majority in the House for this to happen.

The government has allocated five days in talks about the different stages of leaving the EU. Second reading policymakers will discuss the general principles of the bill out of the EU.
More than 190 people from parliament wished to speak during the second reading which will begin today at 15:30 GMT and will end on Tuesday. Then expected to give parliament the final and meaningful version of the bill on Brexit.

Politicians will not block Brexit but is likely again to consult municipalities on a range of issues.
The government can not be sure of victory in the upcoming debate and discussion of the bill, but they will insist that happen.

Labour in turn said it would not thwart the plan of Theresa May cause early Brexit by the end of next month.
Some other to rely on Article 50, the government must have prior approval of the Supreme Court.

If the bill does not change then it is very likely to pass the third reading on March 7 and become law. If again lead to changes in the bill, it is unlikely we will see real soon Brexit.
Once you activate Article 50 two countries, Britain and the EU will have two years to implement the separation. This is the period in which the parties must reach consensus on each issue that concerns them. The deadline may be extended if all 28 members agree to do so.
At the upcoming event where he is expected to speak 190 people will probably have quite disputes, but is unlikely to reach consensus.
