British and European Union negotiators are now in agreement on 62 percent of issues relating to their respective citizens’ rights once the U.K. leaves the EU. This is according to a U.K. government report released Thursday following the latest round of talks, and up from a 54 percent convergence at the end of August. Among the questions both sides have made progress on: agreeing on a definition of ‘frontier workers’ and preparing for further discussions on the individual enforcement of rights post-Brexit
