The Hedge Fund titanium Ray Dalio sees an incredible opportunity for gold because central banks are becoming increasingly aggressive in their devaluation policies and are in the process of provoking a real change in the paradigm of investment.
Dalio, the founder of the world's largest hedge fund, believes investors are clinging to shares and other assets to bring them relatively high returns. As a result, too many people already have these assets, which reduces their returns. Dalio's comment today also helped grow gold.
His speech comes two weeks before the expected day. in which the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates by 0.25 points. He calls the upcoming new market, monetary, and political tendencies to change the paradigm. "According to Dalio, investors will have to consider their capabilities well when the end of the longest bullish trend in Wall Street history comes.
Since the last financial crisis, the Federal Reserve and other central banks have maintained interest rates low by various methods, such as the quantitative easing or the purchase of bonds and other financial assets to heighten risk-taking. During this time, the level of corporate and government debt has risen, which puts banks in a position where they must now keep interest rates lower. The Fed took a course to normalize politics, but now they have to relieve them again by reducing interest rates and limiting the bonds they buy.
Dalio, however, does not shed light when this is going to happen for the banks, but he thinks he is approaching and will have major consequences.
