A "leaked" memo claims that Theresa May will make a "secret" deal for Brexit, in which Britain remains in a customs union to avoid difficulties on the border with Ireland.
In a news release from the German newspaper Suddeutsche Zeitung, senior EU negotiators predict that Sunday is the day when "a deal is concluded and nothing is made public (in theory)."
According to schedule, the agreement will be officially announced tomorrow (Monday) in London, followed by a joint statement in Brussels by Dominic Raab, British Secretary of Brexit, and his EU counterpart Michel Barnier.
Downing Street categorically denied the German report and said it was "incorrect" to say that a deal had been made and Health Secretary Matt Hancock insisted that the customs arrangement would be "time-limited."
We remain cautious at 11:00 GMT+3 for the indicative opening prices of the Forex market. The new strain will create instability at GBP crosses. Market will be thin, as at 02:00 GMT+3 at Tokyo's inclusion, liquidity will rise.
