The recent rise in small capitalization shares presented by Russel 2000 is one of the clear signs that stock market bulls are not afraid of Trump's protectionist policies or political turmoil in Italy.
In spite of all the negativism that has accumulated around the tax reform, alongside small-cap companies, reality has turned out to be different. Only a year ago, everyone thought that Trump's tax reform would not help companies with a small capitalization and it would hardly be the cause of the collapse of the financial markets ... This, as I expected, turned out to be dust in the eyes of the small investor . If we have to compare Russel 2000 with SPX and Dow Jones, the index works best. There is a breakthrough at the previous High and at the same time All Time High despite the economic and geopolitical shocks that have swept across the globe.
