The dollar caught a bid ahead of Wednesday's Fed decision as traders hung on to bets the FOMC will boost its outlook to 4 hikes for the year. Bitcoin spiked higher as the G-20 meetings wrapped up without calls for tighter regulation of cryptocurrencies.
Treasuries sold off, led by the long-end, amid a pickup in activity across Eurodollar futures and options ahead of the Fed.
