The Euro Stoxx 50 Index is set for its sixth straight annual gain, a record streak, but strategists don’t expect stellar returns in 2018. The average year- end target of 3,759 based on 12 projections compiled by Bloomberg implies a 4.9 percent advance from Tuesday’s close. That’s about half the gains the gauge has notched up in 2017 and well below previous peaks -- the 2000 top was 45 percent higher.
