Technology is the top-performing sector in the S&P 500 Index this year, and investors in Europe are riding the wave. Since Jan. 1, they’ve added $579 million to the iShares S&P 500 Information Technology Sector ETF, bringing total assets to a record $1.1 billion. In fact, the BlackRock Inc. fund experienced just one day of outflows since the start of the year when investors pulled $6.2 million.
