The average U.S. consumer believed in March that there was nearly a 60 percent chance of finding another job in the next three months if they lost theirs today. That marks the highest level on record in data since June 2013, according to results of a monthly Federal Reserve Bank of New York survey published Monday. The data reinforce a Labor Department report released Friday that showed the unemployment rate fell to 4.5 percent last month, the lowest since May 2007.
