Shares in Asia remained mixed in Friday's trading and oil prices continued to rise as two tankers in the Gulf of Oman were attacked.
Shanghai Composite finished by about 0.2%, Shenzhen Component added 0.32% to its value. Shenzhen Composite also ended the session well with a growth of 0.272%.
Against the backdrop of the protests in Hong Kong, the Hang Seng index fell 0.28%. The Nikkei 225 recovered from its earlier decline and rose by about 0.3%, while Topix added 0.31% to its value. Kospi, in general, after his brief attempt to recover, ended the session with decreases.
ASX200 added 0.11% to its value, with most sectors ending in green.
In the early hours of Asian trading, BRENT's futures rose 0.38%, and crude oil rose by about 0.4%.
The dollar index rose to 97.024. The Japanese yen traded around 108.30 - 40, and the Australian dollar fell to 0.6904.
