The world’s largest exchange-traded fund focused on European stocks posted the first weekly inflow this year as BlackRock Inc. upgraded its call on the region’s equities to buy, saying investor skepticism and concern about political risk have been excessive.
Investors put $25 million into the Vanguard FTSE Europe ETF as trading in the shares formed a golden cross pattern, when the short-term moving average breaks above the long-term.
