Against the backdrop of the escalating trade war, it's time to see which US companies have the strongest exposure to the Chinese market. In general, companies are the technology sector that have the following relationships with China: dependent on exports to China producing their main production in China, or minimal imports of elements, other resources and valuable minerals / metals. With regard to rare earth minerals, China intends to stop exporting its resources to the United States. This is likely to seriously affect the production and efficiency of the aforementioned companies.
Outstanding names like Qualcomm, Broadcom, Texas Instruments, Western Digital, Microchip Technology, Intel Cop, and NVIDIA. Deteriorating relations with China will also lead to a deterioration in the performance of these companies. We will not be surprised to see much worse data in the next reports. This, of course, will also affect negatively the shares of these companies and the indices they enter.
