The futures of the Nikkei are slightly up at 16,877, and the ASX 200 is to start lower at 5,424. The markets in the USA closed lower on Friday and this negative centiment is to continue during the Asian session as well. The futures of the DJIA and SPX are trading lower. The issues Samsung has are in focus still and the stimulus program of Japan. Today we again expect BoJ Governor Kuroda to speak, right after the start of the trading session in Japan. We expect the markets to continue to trade lower even with much lower liquidity.

The US dollar continue to raise, fulled by the speculations of the possible increase in rates prior to year's End. Investors will watch carefully all of the US data as FED will base its decision around these values.  The US data so far has been as expected or better and most argue that raise of the interest rates is due but risks continue to remain from other world economies and that must be considered as well.

Indices in the USA continue to trade lower in recent weeks and that is key now, as the start of the corporate financial results for the 3rd quarter.  Those financial results really can have negative impact on the Stock markets if the expectations of Wall Street are not met.

The price of Oil is trading lower after reaching the high of $51,60 and it has been trading lower since then. If this continue then indices world wide are also to be impacted in a negative way.
