Nikkei will open higher around 16570, ASX 200 will open higher as well around 5456. The Risk on sentiment was kept as OPEC announced that deal has been reached to freeze production levels starting in November 2016.
The price of Oil jumped immediately and now is around $47.20 for a barrel. The dollar index showed slight decrease at a level of 95,410, the biggest drop was in USD/CAD. The JPY did weaken as the indices started to go up, but this may not last as we expect retail sales from Japan at 02:50 and Speech from Kuroda at 09:35 (our time).
The speculations around increasing the rates in the US went up and we may start to look at long positions in the USD/JPY as the divergence between the Central Banks on both countries is the biggest and widest.
