After the Asian markets were trading higher during the night, we expect that the European markets to open higher. FTSE to open higher around 6,975, DAX to open higher around 10,558, CAC will open higher around 4,475.
Partly the higher move in the stocks is caused by the jump of the Oil price, which was trading with gain of 0,8%, but this can change and we might see lower prices again later in the session. Risk On currencies went up due to the better than expected CPI data from New Zealand.
The US dollar was weak after it has been going up for several weeks. The investors will pay close attention today towards the inflation data from the USA and UK. Separately, the US Presidential election is coming closer, a factor with unknown end. The uncertain end will weight on the stocks and indices and it will support the USD.
