The Futures of the US markets indicate for higher open. The European indices were higher as well. DJIA is at a horizontal resistance and we might see lower prices after the open.
The Markets are expecting the decisions for the rates from Japan and the US on Wednesday. The chances that FED will increase rates are very low, but it is expected a lot from BOJ as they disappointed the markets the last time and now market participants are expecting very comprehensive report. The last report disappointed and the JPY did increase in value and this was not what members of the Central Bank needed.
The price of Oil did increase during the Asian session and that was the start of the impulse of the indices. Now the price pulls back a bit at a $43,60. If the price continue to fall then this will cause negative impact over the indices as well. The USD is strong but it does not go higher against all currencies.
There are no important news during the US session today, except the NAHB Housing Market Index.
