The deal, which will unite the third and fourth largest wireless company in the United States, seems to be approved by the government. But the number of federal lawyers who stigmatize the deal is rising. T-Mobile and Sprint have been working on the deal for over a year now. T-Mobile will take the initiative if the merger is achieved.
A number of lawyers from several states have filed a request to block the deal. The key to the deal is the compromise the two sides have to achieve. It consists of agreeing to give up part of their assets. In this way, consumers will be protected from rising prices in services. Indeed, the rise in service prices is also a critical barrier that hampers agreement. If only those operators, which will include AT & T and Verizon mergers, will have fewer operators to choose from, and this may open up the possibility for companies to increase their subscription prices. The dispute between the two countries is based on whether this "real" will happen. However, it may take years to figure out who is right after all.
But if there is a deal, there is a risk that it will be forcibly revoked by the federal and state courts.
