Chinese technology company TCL, which took the rights to trademark the leading smartphone maker last year, presented BlackBerry Keyone on Saturday, a device that is designed to win fans of the BlackBerry, such as a physical keyboard on modern Android phone.

The new model looks professional, with rough lapping behind aluminum sides and silvery-black finish. Equipped with newer and faster USB-C port for charging.

The physical keyboard is end to end across the width of the device and a small touch fingerprint reader on the "space" button. In addition, the keyboard has sensors that detect touch gestures, which means that works as a touch screen, but only in that area of the keyboard.

Each button on the keyboard can be set as a shortcut to a particular application.

The phone has a 4.5 inch display will, with very good quality and resolution 1620 x 1080 pixels.

Unfortunately the rest of the phone is not particularly impressive. They used Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, which is used in low-cost devices in the order of $ 200. There 3GB of RAM and 32db internal memory, which can be added to the 2GB microSD card for additional memory. The battery is 3505mAh, which, given the relatively weak chip CPU should last a long time on a single charge. The operating system is Android 7.1 Nougat, which is currently up to date.

The price of the device will be $ 549, not least given that there are about $ 150 phones with better hardware, but it's still cheaper than iPhones and Galaxys.

Perhaps there will be very strong start sales, as will be sold with plans by operators, but instead it will be unlocked and will work with everyone.
