The US indices will open on the negative side today, as the European indices, opened higher but quickly turned around and traded lower most of the session. DJIA was not able to reach the level of 20,000, but in reality was very close. The futures look negative.
The price of Oil is trading marginally lower at $53, which is additionally causing negative centiment over the indices. If this changes then we might see higher prices of the indices again. Gold was showing strength today but this is due again to the weak USD. Fundamentally the USD is supported, and it is likely that we can see again lower prices of the Gold metal. The JPY continue to be strong and this is causing negative sentiment as well.
The financial results from Commercial metals and Global Payments were out earlier, now awaiting Barracuda Networks and WD-4о after the session bell.
