It might be too early to call for a revival of the bond bull market. But the turmoil around Facebook Inc. and technology stocks in general, seems to be sending investors to the safety of government debt. Yields on 10-year Treasuries are on the brink of breaking out of a 20-basis-point range that’s held since early
February. The benchmark shed as much as eight basis points to 2.768 percent on Tuesday, the lowest level since Feb. 7, before ending at 2.7753 percent, its first close since mid-December below the key 50-day moving average.
