Bitcoin's positive sentiment is held this week as well.
The largest digital currency by market capitalization is not yet close to December's peaks, but market analysts are waiting for the next jump or drop of interest.
"There are many catalysts that would make Bitcoin explode," said Spencer Bogart, a partner at Blockchain Capital.
These catalysts include global trade strain, the Bitcoin ETF, the exchange rate rises and the recent announcement of MasterCard for a new patent that could allow Bitcoin credit card transactions.
