US Futures "Flat" pending a series of reports

Futures show a neutral start of the session on Wednesday after new S & P 500 and NASDAQ "fresh highs" and "better-than-expected" for 1Q.

Dow is green with 0.1% while the S & P 500 and NASDAQ are unchanged.

Premarket:

Snap (SNAP.US) jumped 4.5% after announcing losses less than expected, as well as growth in active daily users.

Ebay (EBAY.US) is on a green with a 4.2% increase after good 1Q results.

Procter & Gamble (PG.US) has also done well for the quarter and is up 0.5%.

Kraft Heinz (KHC.US) is green with 0.5% after it became clear that the company plans to sell its Orle-Id business.

Texas Instruments (TXN.US) is down 1.3% after the company dropped its demand for microchips that will affect sales by the end of the year.

AT & T is down 2.2% after a decline in sales for 1Q.

Boeing (BA.US) will open up 1.6% after the reports made it clear that the disappointments were not higher than expected. The company suffered a 21 percent drop in profits, with the accusations falling on the 737 MAX negligent performance management company, which suffered two crashes.

Pacific Gas & Electric (PCG.US) will open 4% on green, despite the news that Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway (BRKa.US) will not participate in buying the company.

Six Flags (SIX.US) is down 1.7 percent after the company announced better-than-expected for the first quarter.
