US futures also point to a stronger opening of the indices for today's session.

The S & P500 futures are up 21 points or 0.82%.

Dow Jones futures are up 177 points or 0.72%.

Nasdaq 100 futures are up 98 points or 1.44%.

Yesterday again we witnessed the sale of indices due to disappointing corporate statements led by the technology sector.

Today we expect reports from Alphabet, Amazon, Twitter, Snap.

The sentiment around the reports will give more light on whether the indexes will continue to fail. For the time being, Dow fell 7.1 percent, S & P500 down 8.9 percent, and NASDAQ 11.7 percent.

Several factors have conspired to knock markets this month — some earnings disappointment, a brewing conflict between Italy and the European Union over budget spending, criticism of oil power Saudi Arabia after the killing of a dissident journalist and finally, worries that world growth is losing steam.
