US Futures with a negative start of the dangers of global recession

Centene (CNC.US) shrank 6.3% after the insurer announced the acquisition of shares in WellCare Health Plans Inc. for $ 15.27 billion, causing growth of WellCare Health Plans Inc by 13.5%.

Southwest Airlines (LUV, US) will open 1.2% on red after the company announced a first-quarter profit margin due to the Boeing 737 MAX landing
