With the official opening, US indices are down, with government securities also down and gold and oil rising.
Boeing leads the loss after attempting a rally on Monday. The company announced structural changes. Yields on 10-year US bonds reached 1.95%, WTI goes above $ 60 a barrel and precious metals remain strong for the day.
However, analysts are paying attention to signals that indicate that we have reached the peak in the overbought area, which will pause the rally. This does not mean, of course, that it could not continue with new forces next year.
Against the background of festive serenity, several assets perform extremely well. MSCI World Index is about to finish the year with 25% growth, which will be its best performance in 10 years. Gold is on track to record its best year since 2010, and Monday's mixed data still holds the slim hope that at least another interest rate cut by the Fed will follow.
On the FX front, the US dollar has parried its earlier offensive against its main rivals and is aiming to record a monthly decline. The British pound also reversed its earlier losses.
