American markets to open lower, the futures on the indices indicate a lower negative open. Investors are still digesting the speech from Draghi from this morning. Also the price of Oil was falling all day and this will put pressure on the American indices. The Nikkei fell with 0.97% during the night.
The price of Oil is lower and trading at 50.62 per barrel. We see stronger dollar againts all currencies with the exception of the JPY. It is the strongest currency and if the indices start to fall this will only make JPY stronger. Gold is trading higher at 1260, but it is also showing weakness in the last hours.
There are still important news from Canada - New Home Prices and US Unemployment claims - if the news are better than expected we can see higher US dollar and this can support USD/CHF and USD/CAD which has been higher during the day.
Financial reports are awaited from JM Smucker, Vali Reports and H&R Block.
