US stocks to open lower due to drop in the oil prices
Dow futures are down with more than 100 points as the Oil prices dropped again and employment and productivity data came in worse than expected, and hinted for slower US economic growth or weak recession.
Wednesday, when the price of Oil went up and US dollar went down, stocks followed. Now as Oil price are down stocks are down too. The tight correlation between both is here to stay for now. Dollar continue to fall and the USD index is lower by 0.9%.
Even the Euro is trading higher against the dollar as the worst than expected US data, is starting to convinced investors that The FED will not raise interest rates for now. On top of that New York FED, William Dudley said that tighter financial conditions could slow down the FED in its fiscal policy.
