Michio Kaku is a theoretical physicist and futurist. According to him, people can not adopt new technologies because of underlying principle for more than 100,000 years back in time. His theory is based on the idea that people are hunters and they are afraid of being hunted. Their fear is fueled by new technology that can record every move they make, even to the smallest detail.
According to Michio Kaku humanity is frightened by robotics and huge progress in this area. This is because more people are afraid of the unknown.
However, he believes that in the future this fear will disappear and people will be merged with robots, which will be an improvement for people and give them a chance to get closer to immortality. Of course the process will be smooth through examples to convince that technology is a step forward, not a step back.
According Futurist new boom of new technology will be different. It identifies three previous technological progress: the steam engine, the Industrial Revolution and computers. Michio Kaku suggests that new boom will be in the area of artificial intelligence, nanotechnology and biotechnology.
