The investing legend John Bogle is worried about the policy of Trump and the massive surge in the markets.
"I do not feel confident in the market. In all historical aspects it is totally overrated. "
The investor is not calling it a bubble yet, but believes that prices are very high. His view is in stark contrast with that of another famous investor, Warren Buffett, who soon defined the market as "cheap."
Still, Bogle doesn't advise pulling your money out. It's too difficult to time the market. History has shown those who stay in, win.
Concerns about Trump:
According to Bogle, the policy of US President is bad for society and the economy. He disagrees with the introduction of restrictions on trade and immigration.
"All are children of migrants. Open immigration is good for the economy. I do not mean to open our doors wide to serve all, we need discipline, but I do not think the decision should be based on religion.
