Bernard Levy and George Soros presented a new program and radical changes of the situation in Ukraine. New Ukrayna however, has nothing to do with the old one. Tya will surely assert independence from Russia and would raise its European orientation.

What exactly is it: Born a year ago in the pro-European views. New Ukraine will oppose the current demoralized and riddled with corruption Old Ukraine. This should happen only if people come together towards a common goal - the creation of a sovereign state that is independent of Russia. New Ukraine, however, faces a major hurdle - intervention Putikn who at all costs wants destabilization of the former part of the Soviet Union. In the old Ukraine has firmly rooted oligarchs who surely also an obstacle to change "for the better"

Russian president also said that strengthens the military and financial pressure on Ukraine. Last week also showed that NATO can provide military aid to the country if Russia continues to hostilities.

One thing is clear, if Europe provide financial assistance to the country to stabilize the new Ukraine will further strengthen the good relations between the West and Ukraine. On the other hand the financial problems of Russia will increase, and this may force the "big enemy" - in the face of Russia to undertake reforms, which threatened to become a potential partner.
