The Indices in the USA and Europe made new highs this week, with DJIA passed above the level of 20,000 points. This is bullish signal for stocks and possibly will continue going up. The data from the US on the other hand came worst than expected and there is also the possibility that we might see DJIA below 20,000 points if data continue to be disappointing.

The other reason we expect stocks to continue going up is the better than expected corporate results. The results from banks and financial institutions are better than analysts expected and will continue to trade higher. Also expectations from some degree of deregulation awaited from the Presidency of Trump. The Technology companies did however disappoint with their earnings and this may have negative impact on the Nasdaq index.

The price of Oil is slightly lower but still trading at a high level and this is good for the Presidency for Trump, as it will try to keep the raise of the dollar under check for now at least. The US dollar does remain strong and fundamentally supported by the expectations of future rate hikes from the FED. During next week there will be large amount of data and also the most important economic news for the US economy, the Non-Farm Payrolls on Friday. There is the possibility the data to come out lower than expected and that will have negative impact on the USD and we might see correction again of the dollar, with the expectation that the biggest correction will be of the EUR/USD pair, higher Euro.  But for the most part the USD continuous to enjoy support and will remain strong against other currencies.

Most important news awaited for next week:

Понеделник - Germany's CPI and Pending Home Sales from the USA

Вторник - BoJ Interest rate Decision from Japan, German Unemployment change and GDP from the Euro zone.

Сряда -  Manufacturing PMI from China and German, Employment change from New Zealand and ADP and ISM from the USA.

Четвъртък - construction PMI and BoE Interest Rate Decision

Петък - The most important news of the week - Non-Farm Payrolls from the USA

Usually, due to the anticipation of the NFP markets are trading with higher volatility that week.
