Despite threats by North Korea that it will dip Japan and its missile launched earlier today, the stock market has managed to record new record highs. Positivism was gaining during the weekend when North Korea was expected to shoot a missile, but that did not happen, and on the other hand, Hurricane Irma died down and failed to bring the expected damage. Taking these two factors into account, the caution of the market has compromised appetite. Investors also put their focus on Washington after Finance Minister Steven Mnuchin said the tax reform could be achieved by the end of the year.

Next week, the biggest market event will be the Fed's decision on the country's key interest rate. Economists expect that the Fed next week will not take measures to further tighten monetary policy. One of the main reasons for this is the damage caused by hurricanes Harvey and Irma and their impact on the US economy. On the other hand, inflation in the country is increasing, which supports the Fed's plans to tighten monetary policy.
