On Tuesday, December 13, the Federal Reserve's two-day policy meeting begins. Investors are pricing in a 95% chance that the Fed announces a hike to short-term interest rates. Such a decision, won't be announced until the Fed releases its December statement at 2 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday. As for economic data, the National Federation of Independent Business' small business optimism index for November is out at 6 a.m., while November import and export prices are unveiled at 8:30 a.m. TheStreet's Scott Gamm reports from Wall Street.
