The negative sentiment has occupied the stock market and can deepens after today's news. The reasons are caused by the big fall of the value of the Communication companies and mix financial corporate reports that came out today.
The Big dose of negative news brought also Mario Draghi the President of the ECB, by saying that, there has not any further discussion for prolonging the QE program or increasing the size of the stimulus between the European politicians.
All this will increase volatility in the financial markets, and investors will be caution going forward and from that there might be closing of long positions in stocks and indices and new short move in the stock indices.
Gold will also suffer, as the ECB will no longer increase stimulus and add to the QE program and FED to decide to move towards increasing the rate in December.
