Our opinion: The price reached diagonal support and made fake piercing of both supports. The stocks is traded in uptrend and the price is appropriate for new purchaces. Higher tops and higher bottoms. Price action signal: Pin bar at level of horizontal and diagonal support and FiBo 38.2.

Alternative scenario: If the price breaks below the diagonal support and make lower bottom, the positive scenario will be dismissed and we can look for a short position with SL above FiBo 38.2 around price 17.60.

Comments: The gross income of the company for the last four years is positive and increasing with average of 8%. EPS 1.37 euro. Since the beginning of the year the stock is performing better that the index in which is included. The company is in the automobile components sector.
